What is the capacity of the venue?

120 seated - 200+ standing plus room on deck. Dependant on function.

Is the venue suitable for both seated and standing events?

Does the venue have a commercial kitchen available for catering?

Is there a bar onsite, and do you provide bar staff?

Yes restricted licence and bar staff available

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Yes, lift access, all abilities bathroom & wheelchair able to access all parts of venue.

Are there outdoor spaces available for events?

Panoramic Deck is part of the function room

Can we have a beach ceremony and use the venue for the reception?

Do you provide wedding planning or coordination services?

We don’t provide wedding planning or coordination services ourselves, but we’d be happy to recommend a variety of trusted options to suit your needs.

The Port Campbell Art Space, a beautifully restored former church chapel, is located just a short stroll from the Port Campbell Function Centre. It offers a charming alternative venue for wedding ceremonies, adding flexibility and character to your special day.

Is the venue suitable for Corporate functions & Meetings?

Yes, we cater for corporate functions and meetings. Our venue includes separate breakout rooms, full audiovisual facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both formal presentations and catering requirements

Where is the venue located?

The Port Campbell Function Centre is located on Cairns Street, Port Campbell within easy reach of the town’s amenities and attractions. Set parallel to the foreshore, the street offers scenic views of Port Campbell Bay and the Southern Ocean

How far in advance do I need to book?

ASAP - availability will be advised

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

What is included in the venue hire fee?

Room hire - bar use & staff (exclude drinks) crockery, cutlery, glassware, tea coffee facilities, tables and chairs, table cloth service additional - commercial kitchen use - $1000 bond. $100 deposit. Terms and conditions apply.
